  • There are two ways to pay, at the counter or via the Speed Queen app.

    To pay at the register:

    First, load your machine and select your cycle.

    Next, pay for your wash at the counter.

    Head back to your machine and select Start!

    To pay via the Speed Queen App:

    The next FAQ will walk you through the process!

  • At Tumble, we have 4 washer sizes, which are color coded as shown below. Our washers are designed to be loaded to the top of the opening. To get an idea of the capacity, we are referencing a standard front load washer.

    RED: 2+ standard loads

    YELLOW: 3+ standard loads

    GREEN: 5+ standard loads

    BLUE: 6.5+ standard loads

    Our dryers are color coded as well, match the color of the washer you used for the best fit.

  • Step One | Download the App:

    Download the Speed Queen app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™.

    Select Sign Up or Log In and follow the steps to set up your Speed Queen Laundry account. Enter the verification code from your email into the app to complete setup.

    Select our store (Location PIN: Tumble)

    Step 2 | Add Funds:

    Click 'Account balance'

    Add funds to the mobile wallet using a debit, credit card or Apple Pay. Now it's time to do laundry!

    **At this time, the app allows funds to be added in $5 increments.

    Step 3 | Start your wash!

    Select washer & load machine to the top of the opening.

    Add detergent, then select any additional settings like temperature, extra rinses, ect.

    Tap 'Pay' and select 'Start' on the machine! Sit back and relax!

    Live out of state and and won’t visit often? We recommend paying at the counter!

  • At this time we do not. We do not have the space and employees to offer this feature at this time but we are actively trying to think of a way to offer this as it is requested so often! If you would be interested in this in the future, send us an email with this link to help us gauge interest.

  • We rigorously maintain our machines, checking them morning and night, wiping down and rinsing the machines as needed.

    Customers have the option to rinse prior to use and free of charge!

  • We love our furry friends, we’d prefer if you kept all pets outside. Tumble is a very busy place and, even without pets, we work hard to keep it clean! Service animals are allowed.
